Heat Advisory through Monday, August 5, 2019

HEAT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 PM PDT MONDAY...

* Temperature...100 to 108 in the Inland Empire including San
  Bernardino, Riverside, Lake Elsinore, and Hemet. 95 to 105 in
  the San Diego Valleys including Valley Center and Ramona. Monday
  will be the hottest day.

* Impacts...The cumulative effects of several days of hot
  weather may cause heat exhaustion for those not prepared for
  excessive heat or for those who are active outdoors during the
  day.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Heat Advisory means that a period of very hot weather is
expected, which will create a situation in which heat illnesses
are possible. Drink plenty of fluids...frequent air-conditioned
spaces...stay out of the midday sun...and check up on relatives
and neighbors.
